It’s no secret that I enjoy a good meal.

But, if it is to you…then…SURPRISE.

Take this for example.

Salsa Chicken tacos with homemade guacamole, cozied up next to the Anthropologie Christmas catalog. I haven’t see a better couple since Jackie O and JFK.

This one is also a winner. An omelette with sausage, extra sharp cheddar, and spinach (I’m trying to eat more vegetables) , and grapes, blueberries, ruby red grapefruit, and white-cran- peach juice.  The “Tri Delta is good” also makes for a good piece…especially with formal recruitment just around the corner.

Last, but certainly not least, is one that has been my roommates’ favorite. I live in a house of Caniacs, so when I tweaked a recipe for a sauce very similar to Cane’s Chicken special sauce and marinated chicken breasts with it, my house went crazy. Lucky for you, you can go crazy with it too!

1/2 cup mayonaise

1/4 cup ketchup

1/2 TBS garlic powder

1/2 TBS Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

Black pepper

Combine all ingredients. To add in pepper, cover the entire bowl with pepper, stir, and repeat 2 or 3 times. You can also add more ketcup, worcestershire sauce to taste.  Marinate chicken breasts for 2-3 hours. The longer you let it soak, the better it will be. Cook on 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
